  • Do I need any training experience to start?

    Not at all. Many clients begin with no lifting experience. The coaching is structured around your starting point — focused on technique, confidence and steady progression.

  • Where do sessions take place?

    Coaching is delivered in-person across the Macedon Ranges and Gisborne area. Specific session locations are confirmed during your consultation.

  • How often should I train?

    Most clients train two to three times per week. The right frequency depends on your goals, schedule and recovery — we figure that out together.

  • What does a consultation involve?

    An honest, no-pressure conversation about where you are now, what you want to achieve, and the right path forward. There is no obligation to commit on the spot.

  • Is this a transformation challenge or program?

    No. Coaching is a long-term relationship, not a 6 or 12 week challenge. The goal is sustainable progress — strength, confidence and habits that hold up for years.

  • Will there be an online or app-based portal?

    A client portal is being developed for programs, logging, measurements and progress tracking. The current focus remains the in-person coaching experience.
